Senior, Consultant or Lead Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineers – Sign on Bonus Potential
Location: St. Louis, MO region (Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; St. Charles, MO; Mascoutah, IL). 100% onsite. Relocation supported. Required U.S. Secret (post‑start) security clearance.
Travel: Some domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Position Responsibilities
Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts.
Develop, document and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements per customer desires and contract requirements.
Develop statement of work and technical performance specifications.
Analyze, translate and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware, software, and interface specifications with traceability.
Test and validate system designs to meet operational and functional requirements.
Resolve product integration issues and production anomalies.
Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integrity and compliance with requirements.
Design hardware, software and interface specifications.
Document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Problem‑solve hardware/software field issues over the product lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Currently reside in OR or willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace industry.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in a design/build or test team.
Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes.
Experience with electronic/electrical system designs or test based on requirements.
Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture.
Benefits & Pay Range Level 4: $129,200 – $174,800 base salary. 401(k) match up to 10% eligible pay, 100% vesting. Student loan match. Competitive health, dental, vision, life, disability and paid time‑off benefits. Signing bonus available for qualified external candidates.
