Markets Support Analyst
Bank of America invites applications for the Markets Support Analyst position. This role provides operational support across securities, loans, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter derivatives throughout the trade lifecycle. Key duties include handling pre-deadline trading and operational activities, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring high accuracy and compliance with regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform set-up and maintenance of core data across client, account, instrument, and agreement data, overseeing data quality within key data platforms.
Ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely.
Provide operational support for trade lifecycle activities including processing, settlement, accounting, reconciliation, and collateral management.
Conduct daily monitoring of client trading activity across multiple markets to serve client needs.
Complete accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties, including reconciliation management and governance of trade fails and breaks.
Perform tasks accurately during high‑volume periods in a team environment.
Identify and flag potential risks in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
Collaborate with relevant business partners.
Investigate and resolve operational breaks internally and externally.
Adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Maintain clear and professional communication with traders, brokers, and internal teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the corporate actions space.
