Overview This role is eligible for Specialized Dental Partners’ Loan Relief Program, designed to support endodontists in select high‑priority markets. Our Access to Care Program provides essential care to communities who need it while offering meaningful debt relief to providers. Responsibilities

Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery procedures to the highest standards of care.

Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.

Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop and execute treatment plans.

Communicate clearly with patients, educating them on treatment options and helping them make informed decisions.

Ensure all treatment complies with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.

Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with latest techniques and technologies.

Assist the administrative team with appointment scheduling, patient communication, and billing as needed.

Qualifications

Must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Certificate in endodontics from an accredited program or active enrollment in a residency program.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team.

Willingness to engage in continuing education and professional development to stay up to date with industry trends and techniques.
