Seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) for our Neurosurgery surgical team in Nez Perce County, ID.
Responsibilities
Assessing, diagnosing, and managing neurosurgical patients pre- and post-operatively.
Assisting in surgical procedures and providing intraoperative support.
Developing treatment plans and coordinating patient care.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
Collaborating with neurosurgeons and healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
Skills Needed
Strong knowledge of neurosurgical procedures and patient management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions.
Active PA license in Idaho or ability to obtain it.
