The Senior Services Project Manager – Inspections will be responsible for the execution of projects associated with Nuclear Inspection Services within GEH. In this role, the individual will manage the different Inspections work groups (IVVI, IVUT, ISI) at customer outages to facilitate project delivery and report to the Inspection Services PMO Leader. The individual will coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute project work scopes to meet required criteria (Integrity, Safety, Quality, Output) as they relate to project budget and scope.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve Inspection Services processes, procedures, and guidelines to include but not be limited to executing both domestic and international field project delivery as well as internal project support.
Develop specialized knowledge in forming stakeholder relations for project execution; serve as best practice/quality resource and maintain awareness of latest technical developments and obsolescent offerings in Inspection Services.
Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area(s) of responsibility.
Have in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area(s) integrate with others; possess working knowledge of competition and differentiators in the market.
Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks in area(s) of responsibility; apply technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements; explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
Provide technical direction and guidance to contracted and craft labor supporting services and maintenance activities on customers’ site/property.
Aid and input business leads during the ITO phase of process for Proposal development.
Ensure project metrics are met while delivering agreed upon contractual expectations for customers or procedural expectations internally.
Conduct project closure and review, both internal and external, and properly store and turnover data/information to business‑approved storage medium.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience).
International Project Support – the ability to maintain access to and execute international project delivery.

Experience with varying software utilized for internal process (including Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, and PLM).
This role requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export‑controlled information from the U.S. Government.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
