Sr. PLM System Specialist Fluidra North America

Description Fluidra is looking for a Sr. PLM System Specialist to join our team.

What You Will Contribute In this role, you will be a trusted technical leader responsible for enhancing existing methods and workflows while also designing and delivering new, scalable Aras solutions that directly support Fluidra’s product lifecycle, engineering, and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders, architects, and business teams to transform complex requirements into elegant, high-impact PLM solutions.

This is an opportunity to own the technical direction of Fluidra’s Aras Platform, influence best practices, and drive modernization across multiple Aras instances, all while working for a company that values innovation, teamwork, and long-term growth. Additionally you will:

Participate and/or understand requirements by going through specification documents and inputs from the technical lead/senior manager.

Perform impact analysis and create design specifications as per high-level design.

Create unit test plan to develop and validate applications as per requirements.

Develop code with high quality and performance.

Ensure timely delivery and excellent quality of the deliverables.

Be technology agnostic and understand emerging technologies and applicability around the Aras platform.

Follow best practices, standards, and documentation.

Assist in training programs for users or critical stakeholders.

Be up to date on Aras solutions.

What We Seek

4+ years of PLM implementation experience.

Experience in any of the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Semi-conductors, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace.

Excellent technical skills: C#, .NET or ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JS.

Excellent technical skills: XML or AML, SQL.

Working knowledge of AGILE software development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).

Hands‑on experience with Aras PLM Innovator performing configuration and customization integrations at the enterprise level is strongly desired.

Excellent communication, fluent in English, and can interact with clients in a clear & precise manner.

Ability to work in teams.

Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Expected salary range is $100,000 - $120,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
