Job Description

Support tax consulting and compliance services for capital markets clients, including broker‑dealers, hedge funds, private equity, private credit and other asset managers

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships and investment vehicles

Identify and implement tax planning and tax savings strategies

Collaborate and engage in large projects

Manage and foster existing client tax relationships through client deliverables and a hands‑on consultative approach

Mentor and develop staff while promoting a highly interactive team environment

Manage multiple engagements at once

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

Active CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA required

At least 1 (one) year of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend especially from a large CPA firm required

Capital Markets experience is a plus but not required

Foundational understanding of partnership taxation and flow‑through structures.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Interest in developing expertise around financial products and investment entities

Salary: $51,000.00 - $108,500.00 per year.
