Job Description:
Strong IBM Maximo Expertise: Hands‑on experience in Maximo implementation, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
Technical Background: Knowledge of Maximo architecture, database (Oracle/SQL/DB2), and scripting (Automation Scripts, Java customization).
Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing end‑to‑end Maximo projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Integration & IoT Knowledge: Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), IoT integrations, and related technologies (MQ, REST APIs).
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate between technical teams, business users, and third‑party vendors for successful delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the assigned EAM initiatives and provide techno‑functional support.
Manage the project plan covering various parallel work streams, tasks and dependent teams.
Manage the work outcome from other resources to ensure it meets quality standards.
Adhere to best practice standards for project management, fostering effective planning and control mechanisms and tools to reduce risk of schedule and cost overruns, and to communicate and share program implementation information among stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to reduce risk, remove obstacles and ensure continuous deployment process.
Monitor and maintain the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) schedule.
Define, manage and prioritize deliverables by getting feedback from all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (10+ years) in delivering Maximo implementation projects with strong project management skills.
