Design, implement, and support mission‑critical security platforms across multi‑cloud and multi‑platform environments with minimal supervision. Partner with cross‑functional teams including project managers, engineers, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver service excellence and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed problem solver with strong operational discipline, a passion for building reliable systems, and a customer‑focused mindset that drives measurable security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support secure platform configurations for security platforms (e.g., EDR, CSPM, Email Security) across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI.

Integrate security platforms with CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native services (detection and remediation).

Develop scripts to automate platform operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Write and contribute to project plans, author engineering‑level documentation, and develop detailed test plans.

Partner with business and technology teams to maintain highly available, performant, and cost‑effective security systems and services.

Analyze platform metrics and optimize configurations for effectiveness.

Support secure deployment of platforms in containerized and virtualized environments.

Create dashboards and reports to visualize platform health and security posture.

Understand security protocols and standards, including a demonstrated ability to analyze log information, packet captures, security alerts, and artifacts.

Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed.

Required Qualifications

3+ years in cybersecurity or related field.

2+ years computer programming and/or scripting language experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ruby).

Experience with cloud security and automation.

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related experience required.

Effective written and oral communication, ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Experience providing engineering and operations support of critical cybersecurity services such as email security, CSPM, EDR, SIEM/SOAR, Zero Trust implementations, encryption platforms, etc.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of systems design principles/technical architectures and a proven track record of technology selection, design, implementation, and support.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Security Specialist, GSEC, GMON, Azure Security Engineer Associate (Microsoft AZ‑500), CySA+ or similar.

Large‑scale security, technology or ecommerce experience.

Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.

Pay Range Details $121,500.00 - $188,500.00 Annual. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
