Business Relationship Manager Senior Acquisition – Vice President Join JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking division as a Senior Acquisition Business Relationship Manager, leveraging your relationship‑building and financial advisory skills to drive growth and deepen client relationships.

Base pay range:

$109,250.00/yr – $169,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of approximately 40 large business clients (annual revenue > ~$3M) and 60 prospects in growth/expansion stages.

Provide customized business deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to $15M, while supporting branch‑based bankers on sizeable credit deals.

Deliver an outstanding client experience through comprehensive, tailored banking solutions.

Prospect for new clients in expansion mode, leveraging referral networks and centers of influence.

Develop strong internal referral partnerships with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market, and One Chase.

Leverage industry knowledge and creative marketing techniques to expand the business network.

Build, prospect, and maintain relationships with client owners via in‑person/virtual calls.

Partner with product specialists to onboard clients seamlessly and deliver end‑to‑end service.

Adhere to risk management protocols, control policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Banking Relationship Management or related business lending.

Strong business network and active involvement in community organizations (e.g., chambers of commerce).

Proven tactical business development and negotiation skills; proactive, creative, and decisive.

Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Deep knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting.

Ability to balance client needs with risk and firm interests.

Strong organizational skills; capable of managing priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum 3 years managing clients with >$10M revenue.

In‑depth knowledge of diverse business sectors and financial concepts.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
