As Director, Consumer Products, you will own Fidium's residential and small business product portfolio and lead a high-performance team of dedicated product managers. Working with marketers, engineers, financial analysts, sales leaders, and other functions, you will be accountable for continuously improving our products to meet users' needs. You and the cross-functional team will be responsible for defining, delivering, and operating products that offer the speed, simplicity, and reliability necessary to become a trusted resource that people rely on every day to access all the benefits the Internet has to offer.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Growth, Base Management, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to uncover and document customer and end user needs

Lead by example by using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making, building recommendations that tie directly to business objectives

Establish and champion a full multi-year consumer and SMB product roadmap that inspires the company to deliver solutions for customer unmet needs

Set, track, and achieve the product's key results to deliver on company objectives

Collaborate within cross-functional teams to identify and specify solutions to validated user problems that are enriching, usable, feasible, and that benefit the business

Stay abreast of changing market conditions, competitors and new technologies, and drive alignment on the potential impacts

Partner with marketing to tell the product story to the market

Validate ideas and feature implementations in collaboration with product marketing, design, and engineering using test and learn best practices

Determine and deliver returns from product investments in collaboration with FP&A

Ensure company-wide transparency into product discovery and delivery

Service as a product evangelist across the Fidium community

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

7+ years of Product Management experience with a special emphasis on consumer internet and voice products

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with storytelling expertise

Experience developing product strategies and leading high-performance teams

Experience with discovering and delivering high-quality products that drive customer satisfaction

Proven track record executing on strategic roadmaps

Thorough understanding of product and technology development lifecycle processes

Experience with a variety of telecom technologies with an emphasis on fiber broadband

Salary Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $120,000 - $160,000 annual
