We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Pardot Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting marketing automation projects, focusing on platform migrations and integrations. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team while contributing to the successful implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the migration of data and workflows from HubSpot and Marketo to Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

Collaborate with teams to ensure proper data governance and establish best practices for data conversion processes.

Design and implement workflows, architecture standards, and data migration strategies that align with project requirements.

Evaluate and map 197 fields involved in the migration process to ensure seamless integration.

Provide technical expertise in server virtualization, enterprise storage, and DevOps practices.

Develop and maintain architecture standards to support scalability and reliability.

Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve migration‑related challenges.

Ensure compliance with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and other organizational policies.

Offer guidance and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Document processes and solutions to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Pardot Architect with expertise in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

Familiarity with HubSpot and Marketo platforms, and experience migrating data from these systems.

Strong background in data governance, workflow design, and data conversion.

Proficient in server virtualization, enterprise storage, and architecture standards.

Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and their implementation.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
