Responsibilities The Clinical Applications Professional III will function as the primary support contact and expert for technology solutions within the cardiology service lines. They will work under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager to configure, build & install applications, and coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application area. They will be responsible for analyzing workflows and understanding the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the applications. They will also be involved in the analysis of new releases to determine how workflow should be modified, building and populating databases and tables during initial system configuration, conducting system testing and conversion data validation. The application analyst will develop and document internal procedures and establish change control processes for the application. The Clinical Application Analyst will also develop user training aids and train end users in workflow and use of applications. They will function as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go‑live, stabilization and on‑going support (7x24).

Qualifications Candidates for this position must have a Cupid certification and a strong Cupid background (implementation as well as support). They are also required to be certified in Radiant and will help support the on‑call rotation for both applications. They should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Successful candidates are skilled communicators who can make decisions independently and in collaboration with others up and down the project structure. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position. Successful candidates enjoy helping other users learn and adopt the use of technology solutions.
