Responsibilities
The junior designer will prepare design and construction documents under supervision and provide support to project teams across all project phases.
Develop design sketches, layouts, and details in coordination with consultants and other disciplines.
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and proposals.
Qualifications
Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
2–4 years of post‑graduate professional experience.
Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
Creative problem‑solving abilities with a developing intuition for the firm’s design approach.
Self‑motivated with a strong interest in professional development.
Proficiency in Revit required.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp preferred.
Comfortable in a dog‑friendly office environment.
