A well‑established and growing engineering firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a
Mechanical Engineer
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stable and lucrative firm that provides engineering solutions across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential.
This opportunity also offers a chance to mentor and lead a recent college graduate.
PE required. Partnership opportunity. $200k+ compensation.
Responsibilities
Conduct field surveys of existing mechanical systems to assess performance and compliance.
Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.
Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and details.
Review and approve mechanical submittals and assist with RFI responses during construction administration.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure efficient and high‑quality project execution.
Work on various projects including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and many others.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-20 years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD is required.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support project development and client interactions.
