Overview At EY, we help clients upgrade outdated processes and systems to stay competitive in a rapidly changing digital economy. As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager, you will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, motivate and develop your team, and build new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Analyze newly implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams on system architecture.
Travel as required to meet client needs.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources.
Build and foster client relationships.
Make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts.
Provide guidance on ServiceNow ITSM process implementations and technology transformation.
Analyze people, process and technology capabilities to deliver strategic recommendations.
Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
Support pre‑sales efforts, including proposals and estimates.
Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
4‑6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
One of: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management; any other relevant ITSM certification.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading and supervising team members.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideal Add‑ons
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Performance analytics and reporting experience.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations, HAM, or SAM.
Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
