About the OB/GYN Department At Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic, our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department consists of specialists whose focus is women’s health. The OB/GYN Department and the individual providers are a diverse and cohesive group of caring and competent providers.
Our goal is to care for our patients within the cultural values of patient service, mutual respect, value‑based care, and evidence‑based care, while nurturing our providers.
We seek providers that are looking for a long‑term career at Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic. We pursue individuals who are self‑aware, self‑motivated, and self‑regulating, who value and convey empathy in the expression of their craft.
Responsibilities Our providers are responsible for general gynecological care of women and provide care related to pregnancy and the reproductive system. OB/GYNs focus on preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders. They also specialize in childbirth, treating and counseling women throughout pregnancy, from prenatal diagnoses to delivery and postpartum care. The role of the gynecological provider at Kelsey‑Seybold spans a woman’s entire adult lifetime, meeting both medical and surgical needs.
Qualifications We are looking for experienced OB/GYNs who can include the following:
Licensed in the State of Texas.
Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hire.
Must have completed residency and be practicing, or be in residency when applying.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 to $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
