Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA)

is a well‑respected, nationally recognized and award‑winning public healthcare system, which receives recognition for our clinical and academic innovations. Our system is comprised of two hospital campuses, an urgent care clinic and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is an academic affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine. Our practices serve an ethnically and socio‑economically diverse patient population.

CHA is currently expanding our primary care services and seeking

Internal Medicine Physicians

for our primary care health centers:

Responsibilities

CHA primary care clinics are NCQA certified level 3 Patient‑Centered Medical Homes and our providers work in team based settings

Taking over an existing patient panel

Fully integrated EMR (Epic)

Opportunities exist to teach medical students and residents from Harvard Medical School, and academic appointments are available for those meeting HMS criteria

Benefits CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000–$260,000 is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive.
