Manage a caseload in creditors’ rights / landlord-tenant / civil litigation matters Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related filings Appear in court as needed for hearings in the Charlotte area Develop case strategy, negotiate resolutions, and advise clients on options and risk Partner closely with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality client service Qualifications
Active license to practice law in North Carolina (JD required) Litigation experience with strong legal writing and research skills Comfort with oral advocacy and court appearances Background in creditors’ rights, landlord-tenant, collections, foreclosures, or civil litigation (strong plus) Self‑directed, professional, and effective working remotely Why You’ll Love Working Here
