Job Summary Lead Accounting Excellence in a Global Biopharma Organization!

We’re looking for a

Sr. Accounting Manager

to oversee all accounting operations for Kedrion Biopharma and KEDPLASMA. This is a leadership role focused on compliance, process improvement, and driving financial accuracy in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Manage all accounting functions including general ledger, cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, fixed assets, inventory control, and accounts payable.

Act as a primary contact for external auditors; oversee audit deliverables and timelines.

Lead and develop a team through goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews.

Coordinate with internal auditors and implement corrective actions for open points.

Oversee tax compliance for federal, state, and local filings, including property and sales taxes.

Drive month-end close improvements toward a WD+5 hard close; review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.

Implement and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and automation initiatives for efficiency.

Partner with business controlling and senior leadership to provide insights on financial results, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.

Review P&L reports, inventory movements, and gross margin analysis; prepare detailed reports for controlling and management.

Support ongoing projects and ad-hoc initiatives to strengthen financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive accounting experience; IFRS experience preferred.

3+ years of people management experience.

CPA required.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to drive process improvements and act as a change agent.
