* Work with management team to create a prioritized list of data analytics and reporting needs for each business unit.* Work to achieve an integrated reporting and analysis environment, effectively leveraging analytical systems and tools.* Works with users to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.* Participates in the development of Business Intelligence (BI) and other analytical applications. Works to achieve an integrated reporting and analysis environment, effectively leveraging analytical systems and tools.* Conducts requirements analysis, translating requirements into a scope document and developing reporting deliverables based on the design.* Works with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations. Provides support and communicates issues to users as defined by IT standards.* Performs other related work as needed.* 1 to 2 years of experience working with Tableau (and/or Power BI), including linking multiple data sets.* 1 to 2 years of experience working with SmartSheet.* The ability to leverage APIs to extract data from systems.* Working knowledge of SQL, in addition to database experience and understanding the format data must be in to manipulate it.* Working knowledge of Python required to help automate job processes and streamline tasks.* Understanding how to use BI tools to generate reports.* Familiarity with organization of architectural drawing sets.* Working knowledge of GIS standards and ArcGIS.* 1 to 2 years of experience updating and editing drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite or other drawing programs.
