We are looking for our first US Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global People team at NoTraffic. In this role, you’ll help redefine and run our end-to-end hiring process, encompassing various roles across GTM functions (Sales, SDR, Customer Success) and Operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.**Your day to day will include:*** Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow.* Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person or video conferencing.* Drive proactive sourcing with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging professional networks, events, and referrals, while building and nurturing long-term talent communities.* Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment processes.* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address hiring needs.* Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.---### Requirements**You’d be a good fit if you have:*** At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter in a hi-tech company, leading end-to-end recruitment processes for GTM roles.* Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.* Proven experience owning US employment and hiring compliance across states, while building and maintaining fair, consistent people processes.* Proven expertise in sourcing candidates — a must.* Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools; experience with Comeet is a plus.* Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.* Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.* A true team player who thrives in collaborative environments.* Excellent communication skills when working with candidates and hiring managers.* Availability to work across all U.S. time zones.* Authorized to work in the United States.
