Job Overview STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our PM/CM Group in San Francisco.
Key responsibilities will include organizing cross‑functional activities, coordinating project work efforts for the completion of the project deliverables, schedule, and budget. The candidate will manage and direct the development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for construction projects, and be responsible for project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. They will participate in project‑specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for successful project selection. This role will plan complete project execution and develop the project manual, working with Senior Managers to schedule and monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and performance, including managing activities related to scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Will be the senior member of STV interacting with the client on site and must be capable of assisting senior leaders in managing projects from initiation through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and close‑out.
Must be capable of assisting STV senior leaders in procuring work opportunities within the market sector.
Must be able to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of products; good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E‑builder is a plus. LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are a plus but not required.
Formal training in project management is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills are required.
Candidate should have a good understanding of project contract terms and conditions and scope of work.
Compensation Range $182,719.02 – $243,625.36
