We’re looking for a driven and innovative team member to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team using agile development practices. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll design and deliver advanced control systems for turbomachinery packages, combining controls software development with electrical loop schematic design. You’ll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept and detailed design to manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and transitioning products into standard offerings. If you’re passionate about creating impactful solutions and driving innovation, this is your opportunity to make a difference.**What You Need To Have:**Minimum Qualifications:* BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or commensurate experience* 8+ years of industry experienceTechnical Excellence:* Strong understanding of turbomachinery subsystems and balance of plant operations* Proficiency in creating electrical loop schematics using Promis-e* Experience with control systems, particularly RSLogix 5000* Ability to interpret and work with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)* Field or test cell experience in commissioning or troubleshooting* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies* Experience applying the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process### ### **Summary Pay Range:**$120,299.00 - $180,449.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.**Benefits:**Subject to plan eligibility, terms, and guidelines.
