Process compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, Recruiters and business managers.
Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
2+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience
required .
PHR or CCP certification
a plus .
Experience in Salary.com CompAnalyst tool and Workday or similar HCM system
a plus .
