Full-time A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations. This leadership role ensures effective management of billing processes and revenue cycle activities to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team responsible for revenue cycle functions. Manage the full revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and compliance. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to align financial operations with organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and payer requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership. Experience with FQHC billing and full-cycle revenue management is required. Strong understanding of billing and reimbursement processes. Proficiency with relevant systems and reporting tools.
