We are seeking a talented Portfolio Director to oversee one of our portfolios located in Arizona. This individual will be responsible for strategic oversight, financial performance, and operational excellence across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on experience in property management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans for property management, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee the performance and financial health of assigned properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Lead and mentor a team of property managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in property management with a track record of successful portfolio management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results. Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. Arizona Real Estate license required
