About the Opportunity:
Platinum Women s Health is expanding and we re looking for an exceptional OB/GYN Physician to join our dynamic team. With modern, welcoming clinics in Murrieta and Temecula , our mission is to provide comprehensive, personalized women s health care in an environment that prioritizes trust, respect, and collaboration.

We re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN who is not only skilled in the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic care but also driven by empathy, innovation, and a commitment to empowering women throughout their healthcare journeys.

What You ll Do:

  • Deliver full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population, from adolescence through menopause

  • Manage both low- and high-risk pregnancies , with continuity of care through prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages

  • Perform gynecologic surgeries including laparoscopic procedures, hysterectomies, and D&Cs

  • Conduct routine women s wellness exams, Pap smears, contraceptive counseling, and hormone management

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary care team including midwives, nurse practitioners, and support staff for truly coordinated, team-based care

  • Participate in shared call coverage for labor and delivery

  • Use EMR systems efficiently for documentation, billing, and communication

  • Offer compassionate patient education and clinical counseling that reflects our patient-first philosophy

  • Stay up to date on the latest evidence-based practices through ongoing learning and professional development

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Active, unrestricted California medical license

  • DEA registration and current BLS/ACLS certifications

  • A commitment to inclusive, equitable, high-quality patient care

  • Exceptional communication and bedside manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (or other languages)

  • Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR platforms

  • Interest in clinical mentorship, leadership, or program development
