- Full time Perm Chief Opportunity in Northeastern Indiana
- Small community hospital working 3 weeks on, 1 week off
- 1 MD every week Mon-Fri with two CRNA's, both MD and CRNA's work independently
- Cases are General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology and podiatry
- Epidural and Regional block skills required
- Excellent comp package: $550k plus $25k bonus with 13 weeks off
