• Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and management of healthcare needs, utilizing standardized and evidenced-based procedures.

• Ambulatory (outpatient) and mobile clinic practice.

Details:

• Full-time: 4 or 5 days/week
• Monday - Friday, 8AM 5PM
• Urgent Care - internal medicine / urgent care physician, as the site will focus on helping patients transitioning from inpatient hospital care to care to outpatient setting elsewhere
