Facility in Salt Lake City, UT seeking GI outpatient locums coverage
Rates: $450/hr
Job Details:- Specialty: Gastroenterology
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic and OR
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Coverage: 20-25 days/month
- Duties:
- Perform ERCP, EGD, EVS procedures
- Outpatient consults and follow-up appointments in the clinic
- Blocked OR time on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
- 8-14 procedures scheduled per day
- Support Staff: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
- EMR: EPIC
- EMR Training: Must complete modules prior to virtual training. Virtual and onsite training will occur on the first day.
- Board Certification: Required in Gastroenterology
- Licenses:
- Utah State License: Highly preferred
- DEA License: Required
- BLS Certification: Required for credentialing
- Experience: Gastro Fellowship required, with proficiency in ERCP
- Additional Requirements: Clean malpractice and background history, submission of NPDB self-inquiry report
