Envision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Department teams at Chandler Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center . This full-time nocturnist role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts in the Emergency Department
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of emergent and acute conditions
  • Perform procedures within your scope of practice (e.g., laceration repair, splinting, arthrocentesis, incision & drainage)
  • Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • 24/7 attending physician coverage on-site

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine or acute care experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities
