Salary / Hourly Rate: $130,000 $160,000 / year
Bonus Offered: RVU Bonus (All APPs currently earning bsonus)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team specializing in shoulder and elbow care. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with a range of upper extremity conditions, participating in post-op management, and contributing to the success of our dynamic practice.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with shoulder and elbow orthopedic conditions
- Perform comprehensive history and physical exams, order diagnostic studies, and formulate treatment plans
- Support pre- and post-operative care and clinical follow-ups
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, surgical outcomes, and rehabilitation expectations
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Accurately document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record
- Participate in limited on-call coverage as needed
- Assist in clinic efficiency and workflow improvement efforts
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in the U.S. (not Puerto Rico)
- Active and unrestricted Arizona license (or eligibility)
- Board Certification as NP or PA
- 1 2 years of experience in orthopedic care, ideally with shoulder/elbow focus
- RNFA Certification preferred
- Current BLS Certification
