The Responsibilities
- As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact products, translating customer needs, market insights, and business strategy into actionable outcomes.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering, ensuring every decision aligns with both customer satisfaction and measurable financial results.
- You'll also manage and guide a team of 4 other product professionals, shaping the way the team delivers excellence.
The Requirements:
- The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong background in finance or accounting.
- You are a strategic thinker, comfortable managing by P&L, and have a proven track record of delivering products that delight customers.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills are essential. Certifications such as Pragmatic Institute or SAFe POPM are a plus but not required.
