Opportunity Details • Location: Roanoke, VA • Start Date: December/January (credentialing days) • Rate: $235 $240/hr • Contract: 13 weeks (extensions possible) • Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (16s available) • Coverage: Full-time required Up to 60 hours/week No 24-hour shifts • Setting: Level 1 Trauma, highly complex patients Clinical Details • Case Types: Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Surgery, GYN, Endoscopy • No Cardiac, No OB, No Pediatrics (pediatric cases covered by anesthesiologists) • Medical Direction (loosely supervised) • EMR: Epic Opportunity Details • Location: Rocky Mount, VA • Start Date: January 2026 • Rate: $235 $240/hr • Contract: 13 weeks (extensions possible) • Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30a 3:30p - 5x10s Available • Call: 24hr, Night Call, +Call Back Clinical Details • CRNA-independent practice (no MD supervision) • Busy facility: 2 ORs + 2 procedure rooms, running 3 rooms/day • Case mix: General surgery, GYN, ENT, plastics, podiatry, hand, peds urology, GI/endoscopy • Full scope of CRNA practice including peripheral nerve blocks • Call coverage: Weeknights 3:30p 11p, weekends 7a 7p Requirements • Board-Certified CRNA • Active Virginia license (Compact accepted; willing to license) • DEA required • Must be able to commit to full-time coverage Logistics & Compensation • Hourly Pay: $235 $240/hr • Travel Stipend: +$3,000/week • Travel Covered: Airfare, lodging, rental car provided • Employment Type: Locum Tenens 1099 If this role fits your interests, I d be happy to discuss next steps and move forward with submission.
