Position Type: Full-Time Locum CRNA Overview A healthcare facility in Detroit, MI is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join their anesthesia care team on a locum basis. This is a supervised practice model offering a collaborative environment, modern facilities, and a wide range of surgical case exposure. Coverage begins upon completion of credentialing Supervision model with MDA oversight Cerner Typical surgical cases per day: 7 20 (depending on type) Pain management cases: Surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and occasionally a first assist or resident General surgery (adult & pediatric) IV sedation for plastic surgery Robotic surgery Podiatry Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA required) Active Michigan medical license (required) Clean background and credentialing record Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM ~3-month contract with option to extend ~ Estimated credentialing timeframe: days Competitive hourly locum rate Professional support from anesthesia and surgical team Exposure to diverse surgical specialties Detroit offers a dynamic mix of cultural attractions, affordable living, and diverse communities.
