What You'll Do

• Lead and own all core financial functions including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership and the Board
• Oversee internal and outsourced accounting resources in a hands-on, player-coach capacity
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting discipline, and operational efficiency
• Support firm growth through thoughtful analysis, forecasting, and financial insight

• Competitive base salary $140,000 - $165,000 plus up to $20,000 bonus

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree
• Director-level finance leadership experience
• Strong GAAP foundation; financial services or advisory background preferred
