As a General Manager , your primary responsibility is to guarantee the site's success by overseeing all sales and service operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional managers and institute streamlined, customer-focused processes to propel Tesla's mission of accelerating the global transition to sustainable energy.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree, professional experience leading an end-to-end customer-facing operation in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent experience.
- Relentless drive for excellence; provide recognition and feedback daily while making team members feel included and valued.
- First-principles thinker who finds creative solutions to previously unsolvable problems, with integrity through a dedicated and ethical approach to sales and service operations.
- Commitment and enthusiasm to work evenings and weekends alongside the team.
- Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours or more; occasional travel required for offsite meetings and events, typically less than 10% of the time.
- Valid driver's license required.
- For roles in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: Must possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State DMV. Contact your state DMV to check eligibility.
- For roles in AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, VT, WA: Notary license is preferred. Tesla will assist with obtaining a notary license if needed.
