Endodontic Associate Doctor

Our Endodontist Loan Relief Program supports Endodontists in select highpriority markets, providing debt relief and access to care for underserved communities. Responsibilities

  • Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery procedures to the highest standards of care.
  • Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
  • Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop and execute treatment plans.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, educating them on treatment options and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Ensure all treatment complies with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with techniques and technology.
  • Work with the administration team to manage appointments, patient communication, and billing as needed.
  • Uphold our commitment to excellent patient care and create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Certificate in endodontics from an accredited program or active enrollment in a residency program.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to highquality patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Salary Range: $225,000.00$650,000.00
