The VP, People Experience (PX), Latin-Iberia will be responsible for the strategic development, leadership, and delivery of the PX strategy, including delivering best-in-class employee experiences and support for the region. This role works closely with the Latin-Iberia regional leadership team, Americas and Global PX leadership, and Latin-Iberia country PX leads to define priorities across all critical employee experiences, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, compensation, talent management, and mobility.

Reporting into the SVP, People Experience Americas & EVP Chairman & CEO Latin-Iberia Region, with close partnership with the COO Latin-Iberia, this role will be part of the Latin-Iberia and PX Americas leadership teams and will play a critical role in enabling and delivering on our PX vision: to be recognized as a people-centric company that transforms the music industry and beyond.

What you'll do:
- Lead day-to-day business partnership for Miami staff (roughly 250 employees) and oversee the broader team of regional PX Business Partners (~800 employees across Latin America and Iberia).
- Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and employees to provide strategic planning, coaching, and support; serve as a trusted partner on all PX initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, including automation, process streamlining, and technology adoption.
- Oversee employee relations issues, consulting with ER partners and escalating as needed.
- Collaborate on organization development initiatives with regional leadership.
- Provide quarterly data and insights to leadership, using analytics and financials to inform strategies.
- Partner with regional leadership to communicate priorities and drive employee engagement.
- Contribute to M&A activities through PX due diligence and cultural integration.

Regional PX Leadership & Team Partnership
- Lead and develop a high-performing PX team.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, etc.) on key initiatives.
- Participate in global projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy standards.

Who you are:

- Skilled in strategic and operational activities, adaptable to change.
- Excellent communicator with influence skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven leadership in motivating and developing distributed teams.
- Capable of building trust and confidence at multiple organizational levels.
- Experienced in driving change and fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with an enterprise mindset.
