Job Summary

SWCORP, a leader in luxury durable goods and e-commerce, is seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, staffing, and process optimization. This individual must have experience with durable goods, freight negotiation, and e‑commerce fulfillment logistics. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is solutions‑oriented, and can build strong cross‑functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and on‑time order processing for e‑commerce and B2B channels (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Anzzi, etc.).
  • Negotiate freight rates with carriers (LTL, FTL, international) to reduce shipping costs without compromising service.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation (preferably Acumatica ERP).
  • Drive warehouse process improvements with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high‑performing warehouse team including leads, forklift drivers, and pick‑pack staff.
  • Partner with supply chain, customer service, and sales teams to meet fulfillment goals and resolve order issues.
  • Ensure warehouse compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations.
  • Oversee proper handling, storage, and packaging of durable goods to prevent damage and returns.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure team performance, productivity, and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in durable goods and/or e‑commerce environments.
  • Strong experience in freight and shipping negotiation (FedEx Freight, UPS, local carriers).
  • Proven experience managing WMS/ERP systems – Acumatica, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Excellent leadership and team‑building skills with ability to hold team accountable.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
  • OSHA certification or knowledge of warehouse safety standards is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Home Depot/Lowes vendor routing guides.
  • Experience implementing or improving KPI dashboards.
  • Proven track record of cost reduction in freight and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours or weekends during peak seasons.
