Continuous Improvement Manager
who will play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen overall business performance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can translate data and insight into sustainable improvements while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
Analyze operational and performance data to identify improvement opportunities across operations, supply chain, production, and administrative functions
Strategy & Execution Develop, manage, and execute the organization’s continuous improvement roadmap
Partner with senior leadership to align CI initiatives with strategic business objectives
Establish KPIs, monitor results, and report measurable performance improvements
Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and coach employees on CI tools, methodologies, and structured problem-solving
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and improvement events to build organizational capability
Change Management Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Engage stakeholders at all levels to address resistance and sustain long-term improvements
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience:
5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain environments
Certifications:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements
Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
