PrideStaff is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk for our client in Delray Beach Qualified candidates for this role must be detailed-oriented, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Enter financial data into accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Perform account analysis and research discrepancies
• Maintain vendor relationships Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Accounting is preferred
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
