Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing and production support team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of materials and parts.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production lines or shipping.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and recording material movements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts, safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, storage, and staging areas.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
  • Assist with loading trucks for outbound shipments.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Report any damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts if needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in vehicle, bus, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
