Job Summary We seek a highly skilled Network Security Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Zero Trust security principles. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of network security, hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies, and a thorough understanding of Zero Trust Architecture. Required Skills Extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls – deployment, configuration, and policy management Deep understanding and practical experience implementing the Zero Trust Security Framework Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, HTTP/S, etc.) Proficiency with security tools such as VPN, IDS/IPS, and threat prevention systems Experience with SIEM platforms and log analysis tools Familiarity with cloud security models across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Knowledge of network segmentation and micro-segmentation methodologies Experience with identity and access control mechanisms (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS) Understanding of industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or similar) Strong problem-solving skills for complex network security issues Excellent communication skills for documentation and collaboration Founded in 2014, ConglomerateIT is a global leader in innovative IT solutions.
