$70.38 Schedule & Requirements: · Full-time, 32–40 hours/week, including every other weekend, totaling 64 hours over a two-week pay period (Below are example schedules intended for reference only.) · Shifts range from 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours · Flexibility required to float to nearby clinic locations · Must be able to work some major holidays
Position Summary Nurse Practitioners work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to a defined panel of patients. This role focuses on accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, chronic condition management, and disposition planning. The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Practice Manager and practices both autonomously and as part of an integrated care team to drive positive patient outcomes.
