Kojin is a Michelin Guide–recommended restaurant in Coral Gables, celebrated for its ingredient-driven cuisine, refined atmosphere, and thoughtful hospitality. We are currently seeking an experienced, professional Server to join our front-of-house team. The Role:
As a Server at Kojin, you’ll be responsible for delivering warm, attentive service that reflects the high standards of a Michelin-recognized restaurant. Your knowledge, poise, and ability to read the room will help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the dining experience.

  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm, making thoughtful recommendations.

  • Accurately take and input orders, monitor pacing, and ensure timely delivery of each course.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Maintain a clean and organized section, and assist with side work and closing duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of serving experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant.

  • Strong understanding of food, wine, and service etiquette.

  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Calm under pressure, with a natural sense of hospitality and professionalism.

  • A team player who takes pride in delivering memorable service.
