Cafe Vivant, an upcoming restaurant in downtown Menlo Park, is hiring for it's opening team! We are hiring for a number of Dining Room positions including: Captain, Bartender, Host, Expo and Service Assistant.
Cafe Vivant will be an a la carte dining experience specializing in produce and livestock raised in Pescadero by our farming partner, Rob James of Corvus Farm. Jared Wentworth will be helming our culinary program as Executive Chef. Jared's culinary background includes several of Chicago's top rated restaurants including Moody Tongue and Longman & Eagle. We will be specializing in heritage breeds of poultry as well as pigs and lamb raised on our farm. Produce will also be grown by Rob. Our wine program will consist of a mix of mature old world offerings, as well as many benchmark California producers, specializing in offerings from Santa Cruz and the surrounding areas.
