Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Roast Cook or Line Cook in a well regarded metropolitan restaurant 
  • Proficient in roasting, searing, grilling, and basting 
  • Familiarity with industry's best practices, including department of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
