Position Overview
We’re looking for experienced Line Cooks who are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure. This position is all about executing dishes with precision, communicating with the team, and maintaining a clean, organized station. You’ll be expected to show up sharp, stay focused, and move with urgency — all while keeping quality at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to spec, consistently and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station at all times
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards with accuracy
Work in sync with expo, BOH, and FOH during high-volume service
Label, date, and store all prep properly to ensure freshness and safety
Assist with prep work, cleaning, and side duties as assigned
Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
Communicate with teammates respectfully and professionally
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years experience on a high-volume line (preferred)
Solid knife skills and comfort with grill, fryer, or sauté stations
Strong time management and a sense of urgency
Able to take direction, ask questions, and work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights/weekends/holidays
Passion for food, pride in your station, and a desire to improve
