Position Overview
We’re looking for experienced Line Cooks who are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure. This position is all about executing dishes with precision, communicating with the team, and maintaining a clean, organized station. You’ll be expected to show up sharp, stay focused, and move with urgency — all while keeping quality at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to spec, consistently and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station at all times

  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards with accuracy

  • Work in sync with expo, BOH, and FOH during high-volume service

  • Label, date, and store all prep properly to ensure freshness and safety

  • Assist with prep work, cleaning, and side duties as assigned

  • Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times

  • Communicate with teammates respectfully and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience on a high-volume line (preferred)

  • Solid knife skills and comfort with grill, fryer, or sauté stations

  • Strong time management and a sense of urgency

  • Able to take direction, ask questions, and work as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights/weekends/holidays

  • Passion for food, pride in your station, and a desire to improve
